Registrations other than exclusive bookings for groups over 12 must be made online via the website.
Online bookings for each session will close at 3:00 pm the day prior to the session. No walk-up entries will be accepted. Players booked in under subscribed sessions may be transferred to an alternative session time – See full terms and conditions for details.
Bookings from $TBC (inc. GST) applies per person. A booking fee will be applied at the check-out. Bookings are subject to availability. All payments are final and non-refundable.
All exclusive group bookings (corporate/party) are subject to availability and have a minimum food and beverage spend. Contact us now for further information or to secure your booking prior to the general release.
Yes – all exclusive bookings include a food and beverage package and the minimum booking size is 12 golf players.
The maximum number of players is 44 golf players that can take part in the golf event. Only ticketed players are permitted entry to the venue.
Smaller corporate or party groups will be joined by other participants, however private function spaces are available subject to availability for pre and post event functions.

Yes – Food and beverages can be purchased before and after you round at the Clubhouse located in the West Lounge. There will be additional opportunities to grab a quick beverage on your way around the course.
Please drink responsibly – GIO Stadium Canberra reserves the right to refuse participation if players are deemed unfit to play.
The actual playing time will be approximately 90 minutes however there will be plenty of time to enjoy the Clubhouse before and after your round.
A shot clock will be used to keep play moving, each player will be allocated one minute at each hole to play their 3 shots. Your personal caddie will ensure that your group is keeping pace.
The Clubhouse will open 30 minutes before the first session and close approximately 45 minutes after the last session each day.
Car parking is available directly outside the West Gate at GIO Stadium Canberra, access to this area via Battye Street. Please note this parking area is known as “West VIP Car Park” for major events. See GIO Stadium Canberra Parking Map
Entry to GIO Stadium Canberra for Stadium Golf will be via the “West Corporate Entry” at the end of Battye Street. Please note GIO Stadium Canberra Conditions of entry will apply.
Golf is a game played in the elements and accordingly the event will be on rain, hail or shine. (except for extreme weather conditions and or lightning)
7 of the 9 teeing platforms are in the covered grandstand areas and will be partially protected from the elements.
The Golden Ticket will be awarded to the first person to score a hole in one on the 9th hole during the public rounds of Stadium Golf. The prize is not available during any private or corporate functions of Stadium Golf. The player’s caddie will notify the course director at the time of a potential hole in one on the 9th hole. The course director along with nominated stadium officials will verify the hole-in-one claim. Once the Golden Ticket is awarded, no further claims in relation to the prize can be made by any member of the public.
Yes. Players must follow the instructions and direction of their caddie at all times. Your personnel caddie will guide you around the course and advise you on how to play each hole. Your caddie will also keep your group on track with the allocated session times.
Players that ignore the instructions of their caddie and/or behave dangerously may be denied further participation and no refund will be provided.
Player must arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to their starting time. Player should check-in at the Clubhouse as soon as they arrive. A player briefing will take place 15 minutes prior to the start time, players will meet their caddie at this time.
