• Remember – there are FREE game day buses for ACT Brumbies and Canberra Raiders matches.
• Park legally – not on nature strips. Parking officers will be out and about.
• Temporary traffic arrangements are put in place during events for the safety of our patrons.
• Follow the road rules and obey the instructions of traffic marshals.
• Be patient and respectful – traffic will be busy.
• Arrive early – parking is limited.
Parking is available on both the East and West sides of the stadium. Designated car parks are clearly signposted as you approach the stadium precinct.

Please follow all signage and directions from traffic marshals on event days. This helps make arrival and departure a smooth and safe process.
Note: Stadium parking is accessible for a $10 fee per vehicle. Arrive at least 45 minutes before the event’s start time to get a $5 early bird discount.
Please do not leave valuables in your car. Patrons are responsible for their own belongings.

You can access this parking via Purdie St, Bruce.
It’s about a 10-minute walk to the stadium.
University of Canberra
You can access this parking via College St, Bruce.
It’s about a 20-minute walk to the stadium.
Community drop off points exist on Leverrier St and out the front of the AIS Arena on the West side of the stadium. Vehicles will need to enter via the Northern end of Leverrier St from Ginninderra Dr.
Please note that due to traffic arrangements, pick up and drop off on the East side of the stadium is not possible.

Taxis are permitted to drop-off patrons using Battye Street on the West side only.
Taking a taxi home? Taxis are available after the match from the West side only. The location of the taxi rank is approximately 75 metres from the Western gates. Check the Parking Map.
Ride share
Ride share services need to use the ‘AIS Arena’ or ‘AIS Visitors Centre’ as your pick-up and drop-off location. Please do not use ‘GIO Stadium’.
A designated drop off and pick-up area for ride share services is available on Leverrier St in front of the AIS Visitors centre or AIS Arena on the West side of the stadium.
Please note: ride share providers are not permitted to pick up or drop off at the taxi rank.
You can ride e-scooters directly from Belconnen to Civic and back.
Drop off points
Scooters can be dropped off in the Community Drop Off Zone on Leverrier St. This drop off point is out the front of the AIS Arena on the West side of the stadium. It is the same location for ride share services.
