Residents near GIO Stadium should come and check out Canberra’s much-loved Capital Region Farmers Market which is relocating for one day only to GIO Stadium to accommodate the upcoming Spilt Milk Festival. The Market will be held on Saturday 26 November 2022 at GIO Stadium 7.00am – 11.30am.

Visitors can enjoy: 

  • A great variety of the Market’s farmers and producers, plant and flower growers, and fantastic ready-to-eat food and coffee.  
  • The first week of cherry season with cherry growers from around the region.  
  • Live musicians and entertainment.  
  • Face painting and badge making for the kids.
